Legal Assistant and Spanish Representative - Martin S. High, P.C.

In this role, I work under Dr. Martin High, an intellectual property attorney. I assist Dr. High with his pro bono immigration law practice, completing documentation for his clients and serving as an English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translator in both oral and written settings.
Recipe Translator - FoodShare

In this position, I translate healthy recipes from English into Spanish to be included in affordable, fresh produce boxes, distributed every other week across food deserted areas in Greenville County as a part of the FoodShare program.
Youth Leader and Mentor - Mill Village Farms

During the summer of 2022, I led a crew of 5-10 high school students throughout their workday on the farm, modeling ideal employee characteristics and keeping the students motivated while participating in physically strenuous farm labor. I taught classes to the students related to personal and professional development including personal finance, cooking, social justice, how to get and keep a job, etc. I also participated in weekly intern development and the JustFaith curriculum.

Council of Diversity Affairs (CODA) - Clemson University

Since the Fall of 2020, I have served as an Outreach Committee member of the Council of Diversity of Diversity Affairs, a part of the Executive Branch of Clemson Undergraduate Student Government. In this role, I have served as a liaison to the student body to advocate for and educate on underrepresented populations on Clemson’s campus through various events and social media campaigns.
Student Ambassadors for the College of Architecture, Arts, and Humanities (CAAH) - Clemson University

Since the Spring of 2021, I have served as the student ambassador for Clemson's College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities (CAAH), serving as a resource to prospective students and their guardians on programs in the CAAH and general campus life and information by way of open houses, informational and Q&A sessions, virtual outreach, and individual meetings with students and families.
